Who Can Avail of Our Services?
To become qualified for home health care, an individual must meet a series of criteria. You must first have a medical condition or a healthcare need for the skilled services of a nurse or therapist. Second, you are temporarily confined to your house as a result of an injury, illness, or disability. To provide medical treatments in your home, we also require referrals from your primary care physician. We will then coordinate with your physician if you desire our services. Furthermore, we provide services to a variety of assisted living institutions and private residences.
